In Order To Adequately Examine The Relationship Of The Nation Citizenry With Its Head Of State And The Relevant Bureaucracy Actors It Is A Primary Necessity To Understand That The Public Interest Shall Assume The Principal Role As The Absolute Arbiter. And, Therein, All Matters Of Rule Of Law Regarding Immunity From Prosecution Of Civil & / Or Criminal Breaches Shall Be Constructed Through The Equity Lens. Namely, Where A Nation Accepts That Certain Actors Shall Assume Duties That Ultimately Will Include Decisions Within The Scope Of Life Or Death Events That The Rule Of Law Shall Consider The Fine Art Of Decision-making.

Consequently, The Social Order Within The Democratic Governance Shall Include Absolute Rules Of Order Legislation To Avoid Matters Of Mistake Of Law & / Or Ignorance Of Law. Such A Grand Scheme Is Truly Optimistic And Somewhat Naïve. Law Is An Art; Constantly Evolving Through New Legislation And Court Judgments. And, Nature Will Test Human Judgment Through Unforeseen Events.

Decision-making Occurs Through Extended Deliberations And Instantaneous Chaotic Events. And, It Is The Principal Duty Of Care Within This Just Society For This Social Order To Provide Adequate Exemptions In Law To Actors And Officers Who Have Accepted These Public Interest Duties Of State.

And, In Summary, Therein, The Nation Shall Constantly Take Under Consideration These Varied Events Of Life & / Or Death Issues ( And, All Matters Of Demure Relevance ) Through Vigorous Public Debate; Legislative Amendments; And, Judicial Decision-making By Examining The Safety And Security Of The Individual Citizen – The Principal Element Through Which Absolute Autonomy Enters Into A Collaborative Relationship With The State Nation … Such A Task Tests The Credibility Of The Just Society.


It Is Presumed That Social Order Will Survive Through Pulses Of Equity - Strides Towards The State Providing This Security Of The Individual Within The Governed Nation Shall Always Be Questioned By Individuals And / Or Groups (Social, Military, Corporate) Who Profess A Certain Entitlement To Security Of The Mind And Body - Of The Family. And, Therein, Rests The Gordian Knot. For Each Mind Is Constructed To Act In A Truly Sovereign Manner. No Two Minds Shall Witness The Same Event In An Absolute Same Way. Therefore, Rule Of Law - As A Text Examined Through The Judicial Lens - Cannot Possibly Rule In Constant Sameness.
The Body Of The Nation Shall Always Be Tested
The Mind Of The Individual Shall Breath Cautiously
The Soul Of The Nation And The Actor Shall Collaborate In Peace
